I in part share the concern that it is vague or anticlimactic

now - clearly the opposite is a crusher !!

now - the market will likely take some risk element out of the PPS (E.G. Risk of going to zero !!! can IMO be removed) - so maybe that is 15% or 35% in > PPS --- but there is a limit to upside until a positive outcome is translated to steps and actions
