Talk about SPIN

1. Fact: Malcolm just fired the CFO who has been with the company longer than he has been CEO.

2. Spin: We just hired a CFO who is doing a very good job.

3. 8k filing: "we appointed Pam Schertz, age 49, as Interim Chief Financial Officer"

4. Fact: Pam Schertz has never been a CFO, and has no history of obtaining financing other than assisting LW with PPO's.
