The "sweetened"-buyout-proposal will only give commons 50c/share which will be the actual value of the stock - the company is worth more and thriving, yes but that's another bag of apples. So it's leveling out to that after the initial excitement, I'll buy again after restructuring maybe. I'd have gone back in for a flip from $2.55 after selling on the runup but stupid Merrill Lynch wouldn't let me buy this stock, it's being played like a penny stock and they put it on their restricted list - TDA does but my money's tied up there.

It's "just money," enjoy it but can't let being upset about losing sometimes get in the way of enjoying your life.
