So I found the tactical energy video, it's still out there, but it's looking like Sherman Pumps do be owning the patent; They are very proud of it, it's all over their website, linkedin, facebook, and I saw a copy of it on some other patent lookup website. Don't know what it means, In my opinion, even if movement has to drop that pump, it's not a big deal, it won't affect them.
