Trump was in a position to learn a lot of things...

But like everything he inherited or grifted, he failed to learn from them. You are also assuming he had the capacity to learn. Something his college professors doubted, he was even called the dumbest son of a bitch he ever taught by one instructor. The thing is, you are showing that you are even dumber than him by believing him.
