nova.......Banks sell bonds when interest rates are low, like now, because the borrowing cost is cheap.... they will lend out this money when interest rates rise (soon)....., and pay back the cheap bond interest to the lenders, with higher paying interest rates by the borrower....simple financial science.....borrow cheap, lend high....Lodas
