I PRAY that NSCC-801 passes this Friday to stop or require minute by minute accounting for short position, and if a fund or broker gets above it's required capital position to be maintained against short shares held, it will have T+2 to remedy it either by liquidating it's position or inject cash to cover the liquidity imbalance
