Excellent points, but I've been focusing on the message you posted yesterday and it got me thinking. I believe some (or all) of the companies the new BOD may be candidates for acquisition, especially the ones owned by the BOD, it just makes sense and an excellent way to take a private company you own public. I think this is the first target of acquisitions, then they will pursue others outside of their control.
