As far as PE Ratio, Investopedia writes that, "As of March 2015, the drugs sector has an average P/E ratio of 24.10." It is a dated article, but that ratio is as good as any.

I would just suggest that you use earnings that represent half of revenues. But, if the international market has lower costs per day for hospitalization, we may not get them to buy at $10K per treatment. On the other hand, I think our manufacturing costs are well below what it would take to earn 50%.

We really need guidance from management which should now be much more in focus, now that we have reached our primary endpoint and Durrant has an informed opinion of market demand. We could be seeing the 10-Q anytime within the next 10 days, and it's possible that we could see management update the projected revenue.
