The stock is simply overpriced. Aside from all the drama floating around this stock, the stock just doesn't have the value it needs to attract buyers... other than monkeys, but they eventually won't be involved and the stock will get back to where it belongs.

Sleep in. The second mouse gets the cheese. The early worm gets eaten by the bird.
