Trans Global Group Inc (TGGI)

I understand that Zuixiangui is now part of TGGI as a result of the merger. However, I could use a little extra clarification on the status of Aneng Logistics and Sincere Investments. Are these companies now also under the TGGI corporate umbrella or are they entirely separate entities run by Tang Jiacheng as the Chairman of Aneng Logistics and Chairman of Sincere Investments?

If he has merged them into TGGI that would be awesome but I suspect he has not.

In the best case scenario assuming all of these companies are actually merged into TGGI, what is the revenue for each company?

The last earnings report showed a -$10,000 (loss) for the first quarter. I am guessing that the combined merger will show a massive profit.

Can anyone tell me all of the businesses wrapped into TGGI now that the merger is complete and their current revenue.

I think all shareholders would benefit from this knowledge.
