WOW!! This is great a (not for long) Pink filing a 14a. Are you kidding me complete disclosure, hardly ever see this. Complete clean up of the old FCCN shell. Noone would go to this trouble if the plan was not to go to a higher exchange. To me this 14a is more solid proof of good things to come.......
