No it has nothing at all to do with why its dark. SMH Its dark because thats the way Wei wants it. Lazar spent the money to make it SEC reporting and Wei's first order of business was to go dark. No company SEC reporting or Dark can move into or report company information on a shell in court custodian control. WOW Wei did not go dark for anything related to the courts.
