Looking at Ballard they are still way over priced and would add very little to PLUG and be more of a drag since we have entered into their markets, except maybe shipping? We will have a huge advantage once our new factories open up and our cost reductions may be able to drive them out of business unless they can answer in kind and I'm not sure they have the money to do it long term. They at best will be a niche market while we will have a the green hydrogen supply. I think Bloom at this point is a better run company, but we are also competing in the same markets and they maybe a stronger merger partner in the back up and micro grid area. I think they are also getting into green H2 and they seem closer to being profitable.
