Hearing results.

Looks like another hearing scheduled for Feb 16th

Only difference I see is
Jan 19th:Motion Type MOTION FOR ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE HEARING
and feb 16th: Motion Type MOTION TO COMPEL DEPOSITION

and other difference is

Jan 19th: Motion Comment ADJ TO 1/19/07 ACCTG PROVIDED BY DF 35 DYS
Feb 16th: Motion Comment COMPEL DEPS


Based on what little I know about the courts I suspect this was a 15 minute hearing for setting the new date. I would normally suggest that simply the lawyers showed up only but the docket still shows only Lynn Smith has a lawyer
