Taking someone's money for going on 31 days and being on business day 6 on a refund due to eBay's defective onboarding...
cant really say much for this company...
their actions certainly show they could care less about treating me fairly in a timely manner...
Look if you were going to decide to NOT FIX THE BUG...
Then you needed a corporate policy of we will immediately refund any customer who ends up in our defective software pp email address trap...
if a company cared about their customers... guess what- they would do the right thing
