yes and many American's are leaving eBay due to their lack of support and fairness...

Taking someone's money for going on 31 days and being on business day 6 on a refund due to eBay's defective onboarding...

cant really say much for this company...

their actions certainly show they could care less about treating me fairly in a timely manner...

Look if you were going to decide to NOT FIX THE BUG...

Then you needed a corporate policy of we will immediately refund any customer who ends up in our defective software pp email address trap...

if a company cared about their customers... guess what- they would do the right thing

Instead of the buyer's protection plan they needed the eBay DEFECTIVE SOFTWARE instant refund guarantee...

If we dont check the seller's paypal address to ensure it is valid and you are trapped with the never resolving hour glass.... We will immediately refund your money....

Like they could figure out how to code that if they cannot even ensure the sellers email address is valid - LOL - sure!
