No doubt Ripple will get discussed in whatever manner but if at its at the level of settlement or not is impossible to know. Based on how its been going I believe were going to see one as the SEC isn’t knocking it out of the park. The settlement will be about the escrow on how Ripple will be allowed to sell it. One thing is for certain and thats the bad press their getting over this. They look like a bunch a morons and although Gensler is no savior to XRP holders you would think he would want his reign as CEO to marked by success not failure. All eyes are on him and he knows it.
