Nothing. There are no restrictions against someone else registering a company with the same name. Moody/Denunzio's Nevada company isnt even in the same country as the Canadian Oil/Gas company, and isn't in the same sector of business. Moody and Denunzio don't need their permission to use the name. Stop grasping at straws here.
