There was 200B common on Wyoming SOS, been there a while. Then there were some rumors of an error with it, and OTCM never got updated to reflect it. We've had 2 or 3 SS updates on OTCM at 18B AS. Now in May suddenly they decide to update on OTCM per Wyoming SOS.

Like Maronti said, we need an explanation.

A Q&A call would have been better before this sort of update.
