So basically what you are saying the Funding group just gave away several million dollars to CLWD with collateral of 7 cents and warrants in the 4 cent because they thought the company is going bankrupt.

if this was pump and dump then where is the news? people are just not patient and where there is no news they leave and sell at a loss.
