I agree this thing is going to be a "JOLT" to a lot of traders who have been in the OTCBB for years. (me included). BUT, this has been known for many, many months and there's honestly nothing any of us can do about this implementation. All we can (and what I've been doing) is to plan and trade accordingly. There is still time to trade out of CE stocks (if they are trading at all), and also time to look carefully at any Non-Compliant Pinks to determine whether or not to take a risk of sticking with them. When I see a ticker "trying" by filing SOMETHING, it shows life and I'm more apt to stick with it. But if a ticker hasn't filed in a very long period of time, has been silent and hasn't at least begun some filings by now. That's a good indication (at least to me) they will be among those lost in the process. Again, yes it's going to have a negative impact on many. But the bottom line is we ALL must adapt, because those dates are real as are the pending actions whether we "like" it or not. GLTY!!
