The new rules ARE in effect. It's the implementation dates that are staggered. That's why until late May CE Stocks can still be traded. And why Non Pink Current Tickers are allowed to continue trading until Late September. Everyone will begin seeing the effects of the Regulations beginning this month. GLTY and everyone!!
