Wether it’s believed or not won’t change the fact that it happened. LCYB owns everything of value. The plant, IP, patents, trade names, trademarks and everything else of value. Belief is not required since it happened anyway. Another 2.5 years will pass and then 25 more and still former BioAmber shareholders will get nothing for those safe worthless shares.
There are no NDA’s in play at this point concerning former BioAmber and there has not been since they were lifted when the 6th report came out in full detail. I guess hoping and praying on a fairytale is easier then admitting getting duped by the dd fabrication team who made up the second transaction lie lol
