The assets most certainly included all of the IP and patents. LCYB did not want to purchase or have the contracts transferred and neither did any other company. The only items not sold to LCYB were the cash, AR, inventory, some office furniture in MN and the contracts. All other assets were in fact sold for $4.34 mil as stated in the court docs, monitors reports and the APA.
