I see a JD purchase of 5,000,0000 shares on 12/16/20 which was filed on 4/30/21 on the fintel website. These share are convertible notes and these would appear to be authorized shares from a past transaction. If there was a 5M purchase last week from the float, I would be drinking mai tai's on a beach in Maui already:)

Perhaps the filing date would cause someone to think this was a purchase date.
