Da Kine 17, Your lack of judgement skills is well known to all on this board
so your telling us of your own misjudgement of us comes as no surprise.

I'm thinking actually you yourself are aptly described here ..

A Theory About Conspiracy Theories
[...]
In the most comprehensive analysis to date of people who are prone to conspiracy beliefs, a research team in Atlanta sketched out several personality profiles that appear to be distinct. One is familiar: the injustice collector, impulsive and overconfident, who is eager to expose naïveté in everyone but him- or herself.

Your attraction to old big-picture conspiracy and your

"It seems I have seriously overestimated the ability of people here being able to understand...
We have these things called books, perhaps you should read one.
"

putting down of others certainly puts you in the category of conspiracy people described above. Am not being unfairly critical as you unfortunately so often are, just simply showing you clearly where you seem to fit in the larger scheme of things.

See also a couple of posts on the board on Perkins, made 10 years ago ..

John Perkins, author, has been mentioned here .. the interview above ..

and here ..

"Confessions of an Economic Hit Man is John Perkins’ fast-paced autobiography, which reveals his career as an economist for an international consulting firm. Perkins says he was actually an “Economic Hit Man.” His job was to convince countries that are strategically important to the United States to accept enormous loans for infrastructure development and to make sure that the lucrative projects were contracted to U.S. corporations."

So you see, yet again, that most all of what you post is not new at all to those here whom you sarcastically put down.

John Perkins (b. January 28, 1945 in Hanover, New Hampshire) is an economist and author. He was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador from 1968–1970 and this experience launched him in the world of economics and writing. His best known book is Confessions of an Economic Hit Man (2004), an insider's account of the exploitation or neo-colonization of Third World countries by what Perkins describes as a cabal of corporations, banks, and the United States government. His 2007 book, The Secret History of the American Empire, provides more evidence of the negative impact of global corporations on the economies and ecologies of poor countries, as well as offering suggestions for making corporations behave more like good citizens.
P - Perkins also wrote an introduction to the 2007 book A Game as Old as Empire: the Secret World of Economic Hit Men and the Web of Global Corruption (edited by Steven Hiatt), a collection of accounts from investigators, journalists and other economic hitmen. The book offers further evidence of economic hit men and rebuts some of the criticism that Perkin's book Confessions of an Economic Hit Man received. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=59941123

It was Plato who said, “He, O men, is the wisest, who like Socrates, knows that his wisdom is in truth worth nothing”
