So your belief is that we should act and spend trillions of dollars and alter our lifestyles drastically on something for which there is no hard evidence whatsoever?

(keep in mind we're talking MAN-MADE global warming, not global warming in general)

But what if the reality is Global Cooling, we're just going through a temporary warming period, and all those trillions of dollars and resources and time and altered lifestyle spent to cool the Earth actually harms us as the Earth gets too cold?

I'd say we should adjust to it getting warm and prepare for the consequences if it happens instead of trying to stop it which is virtually hopeless and a waste of resources anyway that could be better spent aiding mankind in other, far more productive ways.

By the way....you watch Al Bore's movie? It's a great source of entertainment with his hurricane charts showing an increase in activity year after year after year and forecasting 2006 will be the worst. LOL....I've pissed worse storms.
