Its a Lithium mining play in Quebec and gold in Australia by sayona mining
$PLL has 19% share holder and directors have 21% and lots of of major share holders there is a list of 20 major share holders which equals to 42% + 21% is locked up i also know people holding millions of shares its very likely that most of the float is locked up.
They sre bidding on a huge banckrupt lithium plant if everything pulls off this might run like $ABML
