DARPA in 2015 started The new method of vaccine production which would involve giving the body instructions for making certain antibodies. Because the body would be its own bioreactor and was hoping to have results by mid year 2020. Did not happen...the "tell" is at the end of summer on September 1, 2020 DARPA did not have the solution but on Nov 21, 2020 DARPA choose SORRENTO and put $34MM into the program.
