A serious buy out in the range of .0743-.1982 could be fathomable due the number of outstanding shares (1.009B) and current market cap of only $57.4M

Typically you see the buy outs in round numbers so speculation only:

REALISTIC:
$100M Buy-out = 100M/1.009B ($0.0991 Per share)
$75M Buy-out = 75M/1.009B ($0.0743 Per share)

OPTIMISTIC
$200M Buy-out = 200M/1.009B ($0.1982 per share)
$150M Buy-out = 150M/1.009M ($0.1487 Per share)

UNREAL
$500M Buy-out = 500M/1.009B ($0.4955 per share)
This number would suggest the buy out company would need about 20+ years to make the money back that they spend on this purchase. Not a very business savvy move unless ELTP has a surprise wonder drug coming out that will be the "GAME CHANGER" that some talk about on this board.

Make no mistake...I would gladly eat my words, as I have been hanging onto this one for about 5 years as well; however, I did get to average down a bit when the PPS went down to .05 earlier this year. I seriously considered liquidating my position in February when the PPS hit .08, but held on a little longer for hope, as I need at least a $125M buy-out to cover my losses thus far. Still not where I would like to be, but not bleeding profusely.

In My Own Personal Opinion Of Course!
