J. Andres Buenfil, the “Mayor” of Advent City, Mexico retained the services of Architectural and Engineering Design Firm - GF Consultores Tecnicos S.A de C.V., Arq. Freddy Fernandez Paz of Cancun, Benito Juarez, Quintana Roo, to assist with city planning. Firm’s services include: HVAC engineering, Plumbing engineering, Electrical engineering and fire protection.
As part of overall project, we expect it to be truly green city, according to the plan presented, ADVENT CITY will have over 30,000 new trees planted, which includes palms and fruit trees plus great variety of flowers all around. The area is also famous for variety of parrots making it desirable destination for vacation and great place to live in paradise. TGI plans to hold its shareholders meeting in ADVENT CITY, Mexico, upon completion of Hotel and Convention Center.
