From what I ascertained from a fellow shareholder is that he has an idea that he wishes to convey to $PUGE regarding an idea he had to start up his own company using them as a springboard.

He said it serves two purposes. The legitimacy of the company, and if that pans out their willingness to bring his plan into motion. He didn’t get into details but it’s a win/win scenario if he gets their approval. Future shareholders won’t be diluted cause everything will already be in place and up and running according to the shareholder, and it may even involve dividends. Everybody wins, he said.

I told him it would be a tough sell and he said been there done that. The idea is sound.
