I find it interesting that GHHC had OTCQB certification for more than 1 year with Wolfgang Ruecker on the board. It does bring me to that speculation that they are trying to go straight to audited fins. I wish there was some clarification on that as they clearly have access to OTC markets with no uploads during VITX times.
