There has always been a problem with TD Ameritrade investors buying NSAV stock. I changed to ETrade at least 10 years ago when my old company, Datek, didn't permit trading in penny stocks and I lost out on a huge run. My belief is you will not be able to invest in NSAV at least until it is uplisted, but if I were you, I would open an ETrade account, put some money in it, and start buying NSAV right away.
