For my part, I no longer believe the principal is an innocent party entirely. When someone gets sound professional advice specific to their situation and it's the most logical and helpful information to literally cancel the ongoing take over and get the company back and then ignore it and do the wrong thing anyways that tells me this principal is part of the scam and thinks he'll get his money faster or was in on it from the beginning and can't change the plan. He and his shell are but a pawn. And now a atm for strangers. And the principal doesn't get a pin number.
