Perhaps they had no choice. I believe they have more than 300 shareholders so they might not be able to file Form 15. And filing 8k might keep the debt holders at bay and defaults.
If they did nothing I believe the SEC would revoke the stock.
Right now George is probably thinking he can snag a delinquent SEC filer before it get revoked??
