I'm not sure if you are aware, Shameless got ban from being a CEO in the UK years back for frauding investors out their money just as he's doing here. He moved to Florida to continue his frauding. My guess he figured some loop hole which allows him to run a successful fraud off shore. Presently he's running this fraud straight from the Bahamas. Interestingly besides CD and possibly his lawyer no one at any of rnva businesses has ever seen him in person. That says a lot him as a business man.
