Nantae, I see your reference to Section 16 in the 10K, but throughout the rest of the 10K, PCTL always seem to refer to section 13 or 15d, including checking the box at the top and at the cert sign line. May be it wasn't properly updated from prior filing? or they used the wrong boilerplate language? I do also wonder about the time between the last Form 4 filed 9/28/18 to 9/18/20 when the OTCQB Cert was filed. Obviously having them file Form 4 is better than waiting for the quarterly report. Not that you want less reporting, but have you made any inquiries with PCTL or the SEC about this discrepancy??
