She sounds desperate and selfish. This sounds like a con job to me. I don't think she even owns escrow. If her actions are indeed keeping this from moving forward, assuming there are assets to be distributed, she should be ashamed of herself- so many have left this world while she plays her games. I don't believe she has escrows. I believe she's just looking to recover any money she has lost.
