Niczar: Any shares issued to CEO would have to be reported on the 10K/Q. The 10K/Q does report all the shares that PCTL granted/options given to CEO in 2020, I believe the figure was round 15M shares, but I would need to reverify that figure. If shares given/options granted to the CEO weren't reported, the SEC could fine the company and CEO, and delist the stock. So I wouldn't think the company or the CEO would take that chance.
