Not sure what to make of these CA registration filings.

The strange thing is I have located the names on the filings for the newly active entity (C4722850) found here- https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/Document/RetrievePDF?Id=04722850-30352074

They are also on this filing for older registered entity (C2571553), filed April 9 - https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/Document/RetrievePDF?Id=02571553-30315301

Notice the names Anthony Ramos and Weston Willett and address 14 Wall St.
