AWGI has over 2 billion shares I think; be interesting to see how they reduce the share count. Denunzio does a great job of enhancing shareholder value, per their mission statement. I don’t think they have ever done a reverse split. Assume they will have shares cancelled or transferred to another entity as they have done this in the past.
