That’s a whole lot of words that don’t say anything. For starters the “FKA” is for the ticker BIOAQ. Then there’s always that fatal flaw again. I’d be agreeing with you if I thought the entire original deal was $4.3 million in a normal run of the mill liquidation. Yeah, then there’s be little to no reason and/or structure for anything else to happen. If only that were what happened. Except that’s most likely what didn’t happen. When one reads the documents as a whole rather than pulling out convenient snippets, one sea many mentions to sales of company, sale of operations, 1-2 step transaction, authority for monitor to do its business in “Canada ,the US, and ELSEWHERE” , etc etc etc. So rather than ask oneself why would someone buy the shares “now”, they should instead think that whatever is coming was always part of the Origin(al) deal . Regardless it’ll definitely be interesting to see how this plays out.
