I had reached my limit of posts yesterday and have been waiting to cease this nonsense: the FDA approves trial design in so much as they say if you do it this way we will consider your results. Period. They did not approve 4 doses for CYDY’s trials and instead only approved 2 doses. No one but the FDA can permit a trial yielding data to be considered by them for approval in the US. So clearly they play a large role in all aspects of approval.
