Only when treatment patients are dying at a faster rate than placebo. That doesn't apply to lenzilumab.

Lenzilumab has 54% efficacy on the whole trial at their primary endpoint of 28 days. When you have data from 14 days and 28 days, 28 days is what matters. It's how you finish it.
