That is factually wrong they don't die at a higher rate on leronlimab actually even at 24% it was still twice as effective as SOC at day 28

Efficacy was 82% at day 14 and 24% at day 28. Therefore, a higher percentage of treatment patients died than placebo between day 15 and day 28. Think of it like the placebo gained ground. It gained ground by treatment doing worse over that span.
