There are many reasons trials fail.

Unequal assortment between treatment and placebo (young get placebo, old get leronlimab).

Insufficient dosing (you know, 2 doses allowed by FDA when Cytodyn wanted 4 - so mortality reduced 82% at 14 days, only 24% at 28 days).

SQ when IV is needed (patients in shock, peripherally shunted don't absorb medication. Medication not absorbed has no impact).


Trial was designed in March 2020.

Unequivocally trial should have been modified.

More doses.

IV administration.

Equal distribution by age between placebo and Leronlimab.

The trial failed to meet primary endpoint.

Your assertion that the science failed is wrong.
