Virtually no volume makes this one seem scary, as well as an enterprise value that is below the market cap.

No one can deny that PMs are on the run, but might as well go somewhere with SEC filings and with volume if and when one ever wants to sell. They've made some new hires recently, but for a $5M market cap company that has expenses of $1m a year and less than a mil cash on hand, those new hires make it seem a reasonable possibility that dilution will need to happen at some point late this year in order to pay salaries.

With Junior/exploration stage ventures, the investment seems as much about remaining a going concern as it is the quality of the properties. Right now I see a bid of .15 and an ask of .19, a pretty big difference. Like buying a new car and losing 20% driving it off the lot. Not a bad thing necessarily if the new car is a good deal.. but just don't plan to be able to turn around and sell it for what you bought it for any time soon.
