Masshysteria - Exactly , how one explain ,
I was very happy to hear that , otherwise how is it fair to have a critical patient, and wait 5-7 days for a drug , as Dr Randy Nicolas said today..

Dr Nicolas also said that one of the patient died before drug arrived ..

That's was really a very good decision from Philippine FDA , If only US FDA will be that logical..

All IMO.
