Traders could have a field day this morning as OPEN swings back and forth between buyers and sellers. The technical tools below on this 1-minute chart are Bollinger bands, 2X and 3X, (in red), RSI & Chaikin money flow.
At the open, BB indicates heavily over-bought, at 9:50 all indicate over-sold, at 10:40 BB and RSI are indicating that money flow is about to move upward and finally at 11 all are indicating that the rally may fade.
As I'm watching at 11:15, (not on the chart), sellers are looking for buyers just under $19. Nice run-up.
